ELEVN DJS ("we", "us") is a boutique DJ agency based in Barcelona, Spain, providing DJ matching and booking services for weddings, corporate events and private parties. This policy explains what personal data we collect through elevndjs.com, why we collect it, how we protect it and what rights you have over it.

01. Who we are

02. Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily give us through our forms. This includes:

• Contact form: name, email, event type, approximate date, message.
• Matching quiz: name, email, company (if applicable), event date, venue, guest count, musical preferences, references and notes about your event.

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies or third-party profiling scripts. The site uses only essential cookies strictly necessary for it to function, and remembers your cookie choice in your browser's local storage.

03. Why we use it

We use the data you submit exclusively to:

• Respond to your inquiry and propose a DJ that matches your event.
• Coordinate logistics and send you a proposal and contract if you decide to book.
• Keep a record of the booking for legal, accounting and contractual purposes.

04. Legal basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a) when you submit a form, and on the basis of performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) once you confirm a booking. Record-keeping after the event is based on our legitimate interest and legal obligations.

05. Who has access to it

Your data is handled by ELEVN DJS staff and, when relevant to your event, shared with the specific DJ assigned to your booking. We also use the following trusted third-party providers:

• FormSubmit.co to route form submissions to our inbox.
• Vercel to host the website.
• Google Workspace (Gmail) to receive and store correspondence.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else. We do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA beyond the above-mentioned providers, which operate under standard contractual safeguards.

06. How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Data related to actual bookings is kept for up to 6 years for tax and contractual obligations, as required by Spanish law.

07. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel over encrypted connections. Access to our inbox is protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. We limit access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

08. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten).
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@elevndjs.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe your rights have been infringed.

09. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date at the top. Substantial changes will be communicated through a notice on the site.
